Prices and orders

• Prices are in Thai baht and exclude shipping; shipping is always shown before you confirm.
• An order is accepted once we confirm it and payment is received. If an item is unavailable or a price is wrong, we will contact you to cancel and refund in full.
• International buyers pay the export price and EMS shipping shown. Import duties and local fees are paid by the buyer.

Payment

We accept credit and debit cards via Stripe, plus PromptPay for orders within Thailand. There is no cash on delivery; we ship only after payment is received.

Delivery

We ship within 1–2 days of payment. Transit time depends on the carrier. See the Shipping page for rates.

Lawful use

Our products are designed for authorised emergency, rescue and work vehicles. The buyer is responsible for installing and using them in line with the laws of their country. We may refuse an order if we have reason to believe it will be used without authorisation.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the price you paid for the product and excludes damage caused by incorrect installation, over-voltage or misuse. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
