Who looks after your data
Mr Thanaphat Chaisura, trading as BTC SONE LIGHT, 999/5 TJ COLOR, Tha Khon Yang, Kantharawichai, Maha Sarakham 44150, Thailand, phone +66 64 560 1013, email [email protected], is the data controller under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).
What we collect
- Order details: name, phone, email (if given), delivery address, items and notes.
- Payment status: amount and status only. Card or bank details are held by Stripe; we never see or store them.
- Website usage: pages opened, products viewed, buttons pressed, searches and the site or ad that brought you. This is not linked to your name or phone; it uses a random ID that disappears when you close the browser.
- Technical data: your IP address converted into a one-way code, used only to stop spam orders.
Why we use it
- To deliver your order, confirm it with you and handle warranty claims (performing our sales contract).
- To keep sales records required by accounting and tax law.
- To improve the site, learn which products interest people and measure whether our ads work.
- Third-party measurement tools such as Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel run only after you consent.
Who we share it with
Only providers who help us run the shop: Cloudflare (hosting and database), Stripe (payments), carriers such as Flash Express and Thailand Post (delivery), and, if you consent, Meta, Microsoft and Google (measurement). Some providers store data outside Thailand. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
- Order and payment records: 5 years, as accounting evidence.
- Full delivery address: until the warranty ends plus 1 year, then only province and postcode remain.
- Website usage data: 90 days, then only anonymous totals remain.
Your rights
You can ask to access, copy, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent by calling +66 64 560 1013, emailing [email protected] or messaging us. We reply within 30 days. Records the law requires us to keep, such as sales evidence, cannot be deleted early. You may also complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee.
Cookies and browser storage
The site stores your cart, language and shipping country in your own browser; this is needed to order. Measurement cookies are only set after you consent, and you can change your choice any time from the cookie settings link in the footer.
